Opening: Medical Device Sales Representative

Immediate need for an A- Player to join a growing Medical Device company. My client is a dynamic medical device company focused on minimally invasive treatment solutions for vascular disease. They are seeking a Sales Representative to cover the state of Wisconsin. The ideal candidate must be a catalyst for growth and have a documented track record of sales excellence.

Job Description:

*Develop a sales strategy to achieve territory sales goals in all product categories

*Generate new business and maintain high retention rate of current accounts by providing the highest level of service

*Conduct trials and testing of products

*Participate in sales meetings and trainings

*Provide market analysis and business reviews on accounts to ensure positive outcomes and build best practices to maintain account excellence

Job Requirements:

*Minimum of 3+ years of medical device experience strongly preferred will consider healthcare sales experience ( pharma or diagnostics)

*Bachelor’s Degree

*Possess a positive “can-do” attitude and have a strong work ethic

There will be a base salary + monthly commissions + quarterly bonus + car allowance and paid expenses. The territory is the state of Wisconsin. Candidates must live within the territory. (Milwaukee or Madison)
